Michelle Sebastian is a licensed tattoo artist based in Tollgate Village, Thompson’s Station, Tennessee, known for her unique ability to blend artistry with precision. Her creative journey began in Paris, France, where she launched her career as a freelance makeup artist, working on commercials and for high-profile publications.

With over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, Michelle has dedicated herself to mastering her craft—continually refining her skills and expanding her expertise. Today, she brings that depth of knowledge into her new passion: Permanent Makeup.

Michelle specializes in lip blushing, a cosmetic tattooing procedure that enhances the natural color and shape of the lips by subtly depositing pigment beneath the skin’s surface; eyelash enhancement, a technique that involves tattooing an ultra-thin black line along the lash line to create the illusion of fuller, darker lashes; and her most heartfelt work—3D areola restoration. This specialized technique provides a lifelike recreation of areolas for women who have undergone mastectomies due to breast cancer. Michelle feels deeply honored to play a part in each woman’s healing journey, bringing not just art, but compassion and gratitude to every procedure.

In addition to her permanent makeup services, Michelle is also a licensed Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) artist. SMP is a cosmetic procedure that uses tiny dots of pigment to mimic the appearance of hair follicles.
